Big Sword, Small Boat

South Florida – We like a good fishing story as much as the next guy. You have seen us report on blue marlin from jet skis, striped marlin from kayaks and black marlin from the shore. Well, add these guys to your list.

While drift fishing at night, these boys on the Dream Catcher II landed a 334 lbs Swordfish from a 14′ Aluminum Boat. Fish took just over an hour, but apparently dragged the guys for every bit of it. These guys proved you don’t need a big boat to catch a big fish. Congratulations on a fine catch in any boat.
