Hatteras, NC – In one of our earliest reports of blues ever off NC, Hatteras has seen its first blue of the season already, caught two weeks ago on the Judy Lynn.  This is our first report of a blue marlin off the US East Coast this year.  Here’s some of the information on the fish.
