Port Aransas, Texas – We don’t talk much about Gulf of Mexico Blue Marlin fishing, but in the summertime (here in the states) Texas can get a really good bite. Ironically the same oil rigs that we all now despise are the same rigs that have produced some of the best fishing, from Texas to the Florida Panhandle.

The below video is of a WILD Blue Marlin caught off of Port Aransas, Texas. It was the first blue of 2010 for the boys out of Port A and was caught on a boat called the “Ambush”.
