Morehead City, NC – We did not have to wait long to know if the big fish are around. Day 1 brought three      fish over 500 lbs, however one fish was disqualified for mutilation (prop cut). Double B is on top of the leaderboard, weighing a very respectful 652 lbs blue marlin and Blue Water weighed a 580 lbs blue marlin to take 2nd Place. Despite the three nice marlin, fishing overall was very slow with only 9 Billfish released.

In the release division, First Light leads with a Blue Marlin and a Sailfish released.
