Cap Cana, DR – What is supposed to be a spring and summer fishery on Blue Marlin, is proving to be more a of a year round fishery as more boats explore the area.

We have been receiving some tremendous reports from Betsy and Natural over the last week. Natural had back to back days releasing 5 Blue Marlin (10 in total) as well as 4 White Marlin and a Sailfish. Betsy has released 15 Blue Marlin a White Marlin and a Sailfish over a 4-Day period.

Who knows what this fishery could bring on a month to month, year to year basis. Quite a few boats stop in to fish for a period of time, but only a handful are there year round.

* Quick Update – Natural added a Grand Slam today (Blue, White & Sail). Betsy fished a 5th day and added 5 more Blue Marlin and a White Marlin.
