Bazaruto, Mozambique – The season is just beginning off Bazaruto with plenty of Black Marlin already being caught. Although mostly small fish thus far, Wave Paver and Big Bob have both released 600+ Black Marlin. Capt. Duarte Rato on Vamizi has had a couple nice fish on, including an 850 lbs. fish he lost after stripping off 150 yards. Now, if the weather would cooperate just a little bit more, we may start seeing more 2-3 fish days. Since this is Bazaruto, we should likewise start seeing some more big girls as well.
