Isla Mujeres, Mexico – This has been an odd season for this usually very consistent winter Sailfish bite. The fish have been hot one day and then almost non existent the next. Over the last few days though, the sails have been balling the baits and the numbers prove they are hungry. Most boats are seeing 20+ Sailfish a day, which is about as much fun as you can have. The bite should continue into March, so keep checking our Billfish Report Feed to see who is getting after them.
Here are some reports over the last few days.
Isla Mujeres, MX – Full Pull went 11-25 on Sailfish.
Isla Mujeres, MX – Sandman went 25-50 on Sailfish over a day and a half of fishing.
Isla Mujeres, MX – Alina Went 7-18 on Sailfish.
