We wanted to extend our congratulations to a legend in the Billfishing World. Capt. Bubba Carter who currently fishes on the Tijereta out of Los Suenos, Costa Rica caught his 20,000th Billfish. He accomplished this over his 45-Year career that took him to eight (8) Countries and he fished on seven (7) Boats. Good news for the rest of us, is he is still fishing. Got get another 20,000 Captain!

Congratulations Bubba! I was the second only boat to fish full-time out of Garza Bay, Costa Rica, right by Punta Guiones, the year that Bubba broke the 1,000 mark, seems like a lifetime ago! and now 2,000!
I was running my boat the “Black Marlin” at the time out of Nosara.
WOW! that was, and still is some hot fishing! Good goin Bubba!
