It is Spring time in the Atlantic, which means the Marlin bite is about to turn on. Both the East and West Atlantic are starting to show signs of the Spring Billfish Migration.
Eastern Atlantic
Cape Verdes – Already starting with a Hot Bite, with boats seeing as many as 10 Blues a day.
Canary Islands – Both whites and blues are being seen, but not steady bite yet.
Western Atlantic
Puerto Rico – A decent white marlin and sail bite with a few blues mixed in.
Bahamas – Both white marlin and blue marlin in the spread, with a few sails.
Carolinas- White Marlin are being caught with a few blue marlin being raised.
It is still early, but they are coming!
