Cape Verde Islands – Living up to its reputation as one of the best blue marlin fisheries in the World, the boys on the Smoker (www.atlanticfishingcharter.com) have found the fish. They have gone an impressive 14-22 on Blue Marlin in 5 days fishing. These are not small fish either. They have released 2 over 500 lbs and one they called 900 lbs.

Day 1 – 2 for 2 on Blue Marlin – Largest fish was 500 lbs.

Day 2 –  3 for 4 on Blue Marlin – Largest fish was 500 lbs.

Day 3 –  7 for 8 on Blue Marlin – Largest fish was 350 lbs.

Day 4 –  0 for 4 on Blue Marlin

Day 5 – 2 for 3 on Blue Marlin – Largest fish was 900 lbs
