Cairns, Australia – We thought it was way too early to start talking about the Great Barrier Reef. Most boats have not even started the season, but Iona II has started off with a bang. Capt. Adam Jordan has managed to released an 800 and a 900 lbs black marlin as well as a few other smaller fish in the first week.
We had heard of a couple other 200-400 lbs fish (more typical) but this is awfully early to start seeing the big girls. Here is to hoping for a GREAT season!
