HIBT Day 1 results

A good day for the 31 boats in the Hawaiian International Billfish Tournament.  All told 14 billfish were caught – 12 blues and two spears, with two blues weighed.  The two notable fish weighed – a 395 on the JR’s Hooker and a 390 on the Northern Lights.

Standings as follows, as of yesterday – and remember that points are a function of line class and weight of fish (for those over 300 pounds)…
