Ascension Island – With only one boat patrolling the waters, we often wonder how good it can really be. Capt. Olaf Grimkowski on the Harmattan fishes this remote island and always seems to find the big girls. Already this season Capt. Olaf has released two Grander Blue Marlin, a 1,093 and an 1,100+. To add to his collection, he has also released an 850, 750, 700 thus far. This is a patient fishery, where you will not get a lot of action on the small Blue Marlin, but if you put your time in, you will get a shot at a trophy fish for sure.
